結論としては、痩せることは痩せます！やはりそれなりの消費カロリーがありますので、痩せます！
が、注意が必要です。登山は言うまでもなくかなりカロリーを消費する運動です！
一回の登山でどのくらい痩せるのか？
具体的には、６時間程度の登山で、私の体重が80kgですが、その場合3000Kcalのカロリーを消費することになります。

脂肪1kgを消費するのに必要なエネルギー（カロリー）は、9kcal×1000g×80％＝約7200kcal 程になりますので、3000Kcalでは400gの脂肪が燃焼される計算になります。

消費される脂肪の量は上記になりますが、体重となると６時間程度の登山に行ったときには、２kg程度は体重が落ちています。
ただ、これは、水分が抜けていたりすることが影響しているので、あまり体重の上下は参考にならないと思いますが、ご参考として。
登山中のカロリー摂取
登山中は、水分不足、栄養不足にならないように、様々な工夫が必要になります。
登山に必要な栄養を摂りながら行動をしていく必要があります。
これを行動食といいます。
小学校のときの登山訓練なんかで、チョコレートや飴などの高カロリーでエネルギーになりやすいものを食べながら登っていたと思いますが、これがまさに行動食に当たります。
おとなになってからの行動食は、日頃なかなか罪悪感があったりして食べられないような高カロリーの食べ物を好きに食べられるのでその点は登山の一つの楽しみかなと思います。
